We get that America is the land of the free and that you can be anything you want to be, at least career wise. But for some reason allot of immigrants in NYC are becoming cops. We get that after 2020, there was a cop shortage in allot of major cities, especially after the whole defund the police movement happened, but it seems as if they have gotten so desperate, that they will just about hire anybody with a pulse to fill a position.
Take this video for example from New York City. It shows a non speaking cop, probably Indian, sitting in his car and gets harrassed by a random person. Now, were not saying this is right, because its not. We respect law enforcement and all their hard work. But there is a major problem if the public doesn’t take you seriously as a cop. Things like broken English and being out of shape are certain variables that determine how the public interacts with you, especially a city like New York. All were saying is learn the lingo of a place you swore to protect and serve!
