Kamala Harris was spotted at Prince George’s County Community College on Tuesday. The College is located a few miles outside of D.C. She was giving a speech to her supporters but once again she seemed drunk and a little off. She even referenced and laughed at her word salad quote. Thank god she’s not President!!!!
