Now that the smoke has cleared and everyone now knows officially who has won the United States presidency, multiple sources have now come forward to play the blame game and why Kamala lost. Multiple outlets are reporting that Kamala Harris’s campaign spent more than the donations they were able to raise, which was well over a billion dollars.
According to Breitbart News, the majority of her campaign money went to political ads on social media sites and some on television. Fox Business revealed that her campaign spent $460 million more than Trump on ads, who by the way didn’t come close to a fraction of what Kamala Harris raised and still won. But the blame game is just getting started.
Many are blaming her campaign manager Jen O’Malley Dillon for all her bad decisions. She had the most control over the spending and chose to spend it on decisive campaign ads. It also has been revealed that she spent the majority of money in the last month of the election with bringing in musical guests for concert like rallies.
As well, allot of the money was spent bussing in people for her rallies. Unlike with Trumps rallies, who saw people actually drive themselves to his location, Kamala’s campaign brought people over from other states to fill her seats to make it look full. All of which cost allot of money. And in the final weeks, her campaign spent millions bringing people from all over the country to Pennsylvania to go door knocking for votes. It was said by her campaign that they were knocking on over 2000 doors a minute in that state, which cost allot of money especially to get all those workers to come to that state and go out grass rooting.
