Daniel Penny, the hero in the New York subway train, who saved riders from a homeless maniac who was making homicidal threats to other riders while high on drugs, had his manslaughter case dismissed on Friday. This means his manslaughter charge is tossed out and can never be reopened. The lesser charge that’s still left will be decided on Monday. For reference, Daniel subdued the aggressive rider till authorities arrived.
After Daniels’s dismissal of his case, the Black Lives Matter founders made a public speech outside the courthouse condemning the results. They continued to blame racism for the death of the aggressive homeless man, even though it wasn’t. They were suing insults and even went as far as saying that anyone who thinks Daniel Penny is innocent is also racist and part of the KKK. Along side their racial rhetoric, they were also making threats that people might start rioting.
The Black Lives Matter movement started in 2020 after George Floyd’s death. Since their inception, they havent really helped anyone and have actually caused crime in certain cities to increase. Aswell, any donations made to the organization, the founders used that money to buy themselves million dollar homes and expensive cars.
